back-to-school blog
So, I did it. I finally took the plunge and went back to school. I wasn’t sure I would, after working and not having homework and tests and all that… I thought it would be very difficult to go back. Prohibitive, even.
But I did it anyway. I started at UAB this month, during the hellish “May Term,” and am in for the next two or so years. MBA, here I come. Unless accounting kills me first. Which, by the way is a serious possibility.
The May Term thing is crazy - every night for three weeks from 5:30 - 8:15. Three tests, seven homework assignments, tons of reading. Oh, and the full time job and home life… I shouldn’t complain - I get a full semester’s credit for the course, and this is the last week. Test number two was last night, and four homework assignments are done.
We shall see how the week unfolds.
